Section Head must know how to complete job with minimum man power and schedule Time
Section Head must know how to reduce maintanance cost
Section Head should be capble to handle oppurtinity based maintanance jobs
Section Head responsible for spare part readyness
Section Head responsible for Tools avalibility during plant operation/ shut or breakdown
Section Head are responsible to make sure that all department man power follw plant safty rule
Section Head are responsibilie to make sure to maintain Factory rule & regulation during plant operation
