Job Description

As a dynamic and results-driven Manager, Sales Development at Adobe, you will play a critical role in leading the global Business Development team to drive pipeline growth, optimize outbound strategies, and develop future sales leaders. Your passion for coaching, data-driven decision-making, and building high-performing teams will be essential in this hands-on leadership role. You will be responsible for hiring, coaching, and managing a high-performing team of SDRs, focusing on empowering team members rather than micromanaging. Engaging directly with top-tier accounts and training SDRs on Adobe and competitor product capabilities will be key aspects of your role. Driving an annual pipeline of $15M-$30M ACV, leading outbound prospecting campaigns, and personally engaging with CxO-level stakeholders are among the sales excellence responsibilities you will handle. Additionally, you will manage a team of 10+ SDRs, refine sales pitches and processes, and generate meetings with key decision-makers. Building and managing a 4X sales pipeline, providing performance reporting, and leading a metrics-driven organization are part of ensuring operational excellence in your role. Collaborating cross-functionally with Sales and Marketing, understanding and aligning with business expectations, and excelling in interpersonal skills are critical for success. To qualify for this position, you should have 7-10 years of experience in enterprise sales or business development, with proven leadership experience in managing sales teams in a metrics-driven environment. Strong C-suite engagement skills, proficiency in CRM (SFDC/Dynamics), MS Office, and sales engagement tools (e.g., Outreach.io), as well as excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills, are essential.
