Role Overview: As an Associate Manager at UKG, you will have the opportunity to work with cutting-edge technology for an industry leader. You will be responsible for overseeing resources, ensuring efficient task completion, and supporting your team to deliver UKG's Full Suite HCM Solution to customers globally. Your role will involve providing leadership throughout the launch cycle, maintaining impactful relationships with the project team, and driving project delivery consistency and profitability. Key Responsibilities: - Implement UKG's Full Suite HCM Solution to customers globally. - Provide oversight to the project team and maintain impactful relationships. - Clearly understand project requirements and objectives to ensure profitability. - Drive consistency and repeatability of project delivery across the business. - Proactively manage project health through quality assurance techniques. - Maintain high customer satisfaction and manage escalations. - Forecast project staffing needs and maximize staff utilization. - Directly manage Project Management staff for career development and mentoring. - Identify and implement improvement initiatives for efficiencies and innovations. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's Degree in a Technical Field; MBA Desired. - 10-12 Years of Work Experience; People Management Preferred. - Ambitious Experienced Professional Services Leader With Proven Skills. - Strong Project Management Skills and Enterprise Software Experience. - Understanding of Professional Services Operations, including Performance Benchmarks/Levers, Resource Deployment, Staff Development, and Partner Management. - Business-Minded Leader with the Ability to understand Technical Situations and have an Executive-Level Presence and Credibility with Customers. - Demonstrated Experience in Selling Services as part of an Enterprise Software Company.,
