Mfg Support Specialist II

As a key member of the ISC manufacturing organization, you will play a crucial role in supporting the achievement of (SBG) and various metrics such as Safety, Quality, Inventory, Delivery, and Cost. Your primary responsibility will be to serve as the central information hub between managers and staff, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration. In this role, you will collaborate closely with materials management, quality, and engineering teams to address a variety of challenges on the shop floor. By serving as the liaison between supervisors and shop floor employees, you will facilitate efficient communication and help drive Manufacturing's overall success. Additionally, you will work alongside supervisors to enhance cell performance and contribute to the achievement of organizational goals. Key Responsibilities: - Interact with both internal and external customers to ensure their needs are met effectively. - Provide training, coaching, and mentoring to team members to enhance their skills and capabilities. - Follow standardized work processes established by leadership to maintain consistency and efficiency. - Drive continuous improvement initiatives and eliminate waste to optimize operational processes. - Execute rapid problem-solving processes to address issues in a timely manner and prevent disruptions. - Implement the escalation process when necessary to resolve complex challenges and escalate issues to higher levels. - Take ownership of equipment effectiveness and ensure proper maintenance and utilization. - Implement plans to address any issues that arise and proactively seek solutions to enhance operational performance.,
