Role Description:

This is a full-time on-site role for an IPR-General Litigation specialist, based in Mumbai. The role involves managing intellectual property rights and providing legal counsel on matters including litigation, civil disputes, insurance claims, and property damage cases. Responsibilities include strategizing, preparing legal documentation, representing the organization in legal proceedings, liaising with external legal counsels, and supporting the organization in case management and dispute of Experience: 3-4 Qualification: MumbaiRoles & - Overall IPR management

• Handling TM objection, opposition, filing,
• Conducting raids and following civil and criminal action against IPR infringers
• Preparing cease and desist notice etc
  

Business Contracts

• Vetting & drafting of term sheets, MOU, business agreements, brand agreements, NDA, franchise agreements, negotiation of contracts, indemnity, - Advising and managing disputes/litigations to minimize company exposure and risks
• Prosecuting and defending litigations and coordinating with external lawyers
• Handling consumer matters, criminal, civil and other court cases and arbitration proceedings
• Drafting of notices, replies etc
• Disciplinary process for errant franchisees/follow up - Addressing/advising on Customer complaints
