We are looking for a highly skilled Meta and Google Ads Expert to join our team and take charge of our paid advertising campaigns, ensuring optimal ROI and scaling our brand presence. Key Responsibilities: Plan, create, and manage Meta (Facebook & Instagram) Ads and Google Ads (Search, Display, Shopping, YouTube) campaigns. Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and competitor analysis to improve campaign performance. Optimize campaigns for ROAS, conversions, and lead generation. Monitor campaign analytics and provide actionable reports. Develop and test creative ad strategies (copy, visuals, targeting). Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and algorithm changes in Google and Meta platforms. Manage ad budgets effectively to maximize ROI. Work closely with the design and content teams to create engaging ad creatives. Requirements: ✅ Proven experience managing high-budget Meta and Google Ads campaigns. ✅ Strong understanding of PPC, CPC, CPA, ROAS, and funnel strategies. ✅ Proficiency with Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and Google Tag Manager. ✅ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. ✅ Creative mindset with the ability to write engaging ad copy. ✅ Certification in Google Ads or Meta Ads (preferred). · Experience with remarketing and audience segmentation. · Familiarity with e-commerce platforms (Shopify, Woo Commerce, etc.).
