🎯 Key Responsibilities

Research & identify winning creatives using Meta Ads Library & competitor tools.

Work on creative optimization: test hooks, improve hold rates, and scale hero creatives.

Set up, monitor, and analyze sales campaigns on Meta Ads Manager.

Translate customer psychology into ad content & sales-focused creatives.

Maintain creative performance sheets and analyze campaign results.

Stay updated on ad trends, creative formats, and competitor strategies.

Creative thinkers with basic knowledge of Meta Ads Manager & D2C campaigns.

Experience not mandatory — strong creative mindset is more important.

Dropshipping experience is a bonus.
