Meta Ads Specialist

Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled Meta Ads Expert to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in running lead generation and engagement campaigns on Facebook and Instagram (Meta platforms). You will be responsible for optimizing ad campaigns to improve lead quality, reduce CPL (Cost Per Lead), and enhance overall campaign performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, create, and manage lead generation and engagement campaigns on Meta platforms (Facebook and Instagram).
• Analyze and optimize campaigns to achieve the best CPL and maximize ROI.
• Collaborate with the creative team to develop compelling ad creat

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• 6 months to 1 year of proven experience managing Meta Ads for lead generation and engagement campaigns.
• Strong understanding of audience targeting, ad optimization, and bidding strategies.
• Hands-on experience in analyzing and improving CPL and lead quality.
• Proficiency in Meta Ads Manager and other relevant tools.
• Creativity in developing engaging ad content and visuals in collaboration with designers.
• Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in the healthcare industry or related fields.
• Knowledge of video editing tools or working closely with video production teams.
• Certifications in Meta Advertising are a plus.
