Job Title: Meta Ads Specialist (Facebook & Instagram)

Location: On-site

Experience: 6 months – 2 years

Job Description:

We are looking for a results-driven Meta Ads Specialist to plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns on Facebook and Instagram. The candidate should have hands-on experience in creating high-performing ad campaigns that drive leads, traffic, and conversions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create, manage, and optimize Facebook & Instagram ad campaigns
• Plan ad strategies based on business goals
• Monitor daily performance and optimize ads for better ROI
• Audience targeting, retargeting, and lookalike audience creation
• A/B testing of creatives, copies, and audiences
• Manage ad budgets and campaign scaling
• Analyze ad performance and prepare reports
• Coordinate with design and content teams

Required Skills:

• Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager
• Knowledge of campaign objectives, pixels, and conversions
• Understanding of audience targeting and analytics
• Strong analytical and optimization skills
• Good communication skills

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with lead generation and e-commerce ads
• Knowledge of Facebook Pixel and Conversion API
• Basic knowledge of Google Analytics
• Experience with creative strategy and ad copy

Qualification:

• Bachelor’s degree or relevant certification (preferred)
• Proven experience managing Meta ad campaigns
