Meta Ads Marketer (Facebook & Instagram)

As a Meta Ads Marketer at our company, your primary role will be to plan, launch, and manage Meta ad campaigns on Facebook and Instagram for Lead Generation and E-commerce purposes. Your responsibilities will include conducting audience research, competitor analysis, writing compelling ad copies, collaborating with designers for creatives, and optimizing campaigns daily to enhance Return on Ad Spend (ROAS) and conversion rates. Additionally, you will be expected to track campaign results, prepare reports, and recommend improvements for future campaigns. Key Responsibilities: - Plan, launch, and manage Meta ad campaigns for Lead Generation and E-commerce. - Conduct audience research and competitor analysis. - Write engaging ad copies and work with designers on creatives. - Optimize campaigns daily to improve ROAS and conversion rates. - Track campaign performance, generate reports, and propose enhancements. Qualifications Required: - Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager. - Proficient in targeting, pixel setup, and analytics. - Ability to blend creativity with data-driven decision-making. - Bonus: Experience with Shopify, ClickFunnels, or FlexiFunnels.
