• Plan, launch, and manage Meta ad campaigns (Lead Gen + Ecommerce).
• Conduct audience research and competitor analysis.
• Write catchy ad copies and collaborate with designers for creatives.
• Optimize campaigns daily for better ROAS and conversion rates.
• Track results, prepare reports, and suggest improvements.
  

• 1–3 years of hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager.
• Strong understanding of targeting, pixel setup, and analytics.
• Creative mindset + data-driven decision making.
• Bonus: Experience with Shopify / ClickFunnels / FlexiFunnels.
