We are seeking a passionate and experienced MERN Stack Trainer to join our fast-growing IT services and training startup. If you are fluent in both English and Malayalam , have strong communication and mentoring skills, and enjoy sharing knowledge with aspiring developers, wed love to hear from you! Key Responsibilities: Conduct batch-wise or one-on-one training sessions for students on the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js). Prepare comprehensive training materials , resources, and documentation. Design and record video courses for our YouTube channel and other paid learning platforms. Develop and lead interview preparation sessions to help students succeed in technical job interviews. Collaborate with our team to contribute to the development of future tech courses . Maintain a flexible approach to training schedules this is not a 9-to-5 job ; training may be needed on demand. Show a genuine interest in creating engaging video-based content for learners.
