comfortable showing face in videos

presentational skills

teaching
and creating engaging
online learning content
(e.g., YouTube, paid learning platforms).

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver batch-wise or one-on-one training sessions on the
MERN stack
(MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js) in
Malayalam and English
.
Prepare structured and easy-to-follow
training materials
and documentation.
Record
high-quality training videos
(with face visible) for online platforms like YouTube and other paid learning portals.
Conduct
interview preparation
sessions to guide students through technical hiring processes.
Collaborate with the team to design future tech courses.
Be flexible with training schedules sessions may be needed on demand.
