MERN Stack-Team Lead

We are looking for a MERN Stack Developer - Team Lead who can lead a team and excellent skills in project handling.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Lead and build a talented team of developers, providing technical guidance and mentorship.
• Collaborate with cross functional teams to gather and understand project requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Develop and maintain responsive, high-performance user interfaces using React.js, Next.js (if applicable), or similar libraries.
• Design and develop RESTful APIs and microservices using Node.js and Express.js.
• Ensure cross-browser compatibility and mobile responsiveness using CSS frameworks like Tailwind CSS, Bootstrap, Material-UI, or Styled Components.
• Manage project timelines, allocate tasks effectively, and ensure successful project delivery.
• Perform code reviews to maintain code quality and adherence to coding standards.
• Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry best practices.

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Proven experience 3 years in MERN stack development and 3 years of full stack development or any technical expertise.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript, Node.js, React.js, and Express.js.
• Experience with database systems, particularly MongoDB.
• Previous experience in a leadership or task management role.
• Excellent problem solving and client communication skills.
• Familiarity with GraphQL.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹750,000.00 per month
