MERN Stack-Team Lead

We are seeking a skilled MERN Stack Developer - Team Lead who can effectively lead a team and demonstrate strong project management capabilities. As a MERN Stack Developer - Team Lead, your responsibilities will include leading and nurturing a team of developers by offering technical guidance and mentorship. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to comprehend project requirements and translate them into technical solutions. Your role will involve developing and maintaining responsive, high-performance user interfaces using technologies such as React.js, Next.js (if applicable), or similar libraries. Additionally, you will be responsible for designing and implementing RESTful APIs and microservices using Node.js and Express.js. Ensuring cross-browser compatibility and mobile responsiveness using CSS frameworks like Tailwind CSS, Bootstrap, Material-UI, or Styled Components will also be a part of your responsibilities. You will manage project timelines, allocate tasks efficiently, and oversee successful project deliveries. Code reviews to uphold code quality and adherence to coding standards will be essential, along with keeping abreast of emerging technologies and industry best practices. The ideal candidate should possess a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, along with proven experience of 3 years in MERN stack development and 3 years in full stack development or any relevant technical expertise. Proficiency in JavaScript, Node.js, React.js, and Express.js is crucial for this role. Experience with database systems, particularly MongoDB, is preferred. Prior experience in a leadership or task management role is required, along with excellent problem-solving and client communication skills. Familiarity with GraphQL will be an added advantage. This is a full-time position with day shift schedule and an in-person work location.,
