Role Description

We are looking for a MERN Intern with a focus on AI to join our team in New Delhi for a full-time Remote role. The candidate will work on developing, testing, and deploying MERN stack applications with AI integration. Responsibilities include collaborating with the team on innovative projects, coding, debugging, and optimizing user-facing applications for performance and scalability. The role requires both on-site participation and flexibility for some remote work.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain web applications using the MERN stack
• Build responsive and user-friendly front-end interfaces
• Develop and integrate RESTful APIs and third-party services
• Work on AI-driven features such as chatbots, recommendations, or automation (where applicable)
• Optimize applications for performance, scalability, and security
• Troubleshoot, debug, and improve existing systems
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, AI, and design teams

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong proficiency in MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js
• Experience in building full-stack web applications using MERN
• Good understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern front-end practices
• Experience working with RESTful APIs and third-party integrations
• Basic to intermediate exposure to AI/ML concepts, AI APIs, or LLM-based integrations
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field

Good to Have (Plus Points)

• Experience integrating AI tools, chatbots, or automation solutions
• Hackathon winner or finalist (college, corporate, or open innovation challenges)
• Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure)
• Familiarity with Git, CI/CD, and agile development practices
