Essential Requirements

• Proven experience as a

  MERN Stack Developer

  (MongoDB, Express.js, React, Node.js).
• Strong understanding of JavaScript (ES6+), REST APIs, and database design.
• Ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly and simply.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Passion for mentoring and teaching.
