Job Title: MERN Stack Developer (3+ Years Experience) Location: Mohali Job Type : Full-time About Us: At YRJ Technology, we are a leading provider of innovative web solutions, offering custom web and mobile app development services. We're looking to expand our team with a passionate and skilled MERN Stack Developer to contribute to the development of our exciting projects. Key Responsibilities: · Develop and maintain scalable and high-performance web applications using the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js). · Design and implement responsive user interfaces with React.js to ensure a seamless user experience. · Work with Node.js (Nest.Js) to build server-side applications and APIs, integrating with databases, front-end systems, and third-party services. · Collaborate with cross-functional teams (designers, QA engineers, project managers) to deliver high-quality features within project deadlines. · Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code while adhering to best practices and coding standards. · Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve technical issues, improving the overall performance of the application. · Participate in code reviews to maintain code quality and team collaboration. · Stay up to date with the latest industry trends and technologies, and implement new features and tools as needed. · Requirements: · 3+ years of hands-on experience as a MERN Stack Developer or in similar full-stack web development roles. · Proficient in React.js, including hooks, context API, and component-based architecture. · Strong understanding of Node.js and Express.js for building RESTful APIs and back-end services. · Experience working with MongoDB, including data modeling, aggregations, and optimization techniques. · Familiarity with front-end tools and workflows (Webpack, Babel, etc.) and version control systems (Git). · Understanding of responsive design principles and mobile-first web development. · Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a collaborative, fast-paced environment. · Good understanding of agile development methodologies and ability to work effectively within a team. Preferred Skills: · Experience with TypeScript is a plus. · Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, etc.) and containerization (Docker). · Knowledge of front-end state management libraries like Redux. · Experience with testing frameworks (Jest, Mocha, etc.) for both front-end and back-end development. · Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and automated deployment processes.
