Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled Full Stack Developer with strong expertise in the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js) to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience building robust, scalable, and high-performing web applications from concept to deployment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, test, and deploy web applications using the MERN stack.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
• Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
• Maintain code integrity, quality, and organization.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing applications.
• Stay updated with emerging technologies and best practices in web development.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent practical experience).
• 3–4 years of professional experience in full stack development.
• Proficient in React.js, Node.js, Express.js, and MongoDB.
• Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, JavaScript (ES6+), and modern front-end build pipelines/tools.
• Experience with version control systems like Git.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a collaborative team environment.

Good to Have:

• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and containerization (Docker).
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
