Mern Stack Developer – Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop the front-end architecture of web applications.
• Create engaging and user-friendly interactions on web pages.
• Build and maintain robust back-end applications.
• Set up and manage servers and databases for functionality and performance.
• Ensure cross-platform optimization, especially for mobile responsiveness.
• Collaborate with UI/UX and graphic designers to implement visual design features.
• Manage project development from conception to final delivery.
• Design and implement RESTful APIs for application integration.
• Translate business and technical requirements into high-quality solutions.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in web technologies.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Strong organizational and project management capabilities.
• Proficiency in core front-end languages: HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Hands-on experience with modern JavaScript frameworks, especially ReactJS.
• Proficiency in server-side technologies like Node.js.
• Familiarity with database systems such as MySQL and MongoDB.
• Excellent verbal communication and collaboration skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
