Job Summary:

We are hiring a talented and passionate Full Stack Developer (MERN Stack) to design, develop, and maintain our job portal application. You will play a key role in building both the front-end and back-end systems, ensuring the platform is scalable, secure, and user-friendly.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop responsive web applications using MERN (MongoDB, Express, React, Node.js) stack

Design and manage database architecture and APIs

Collaborate with the product manager and UI/UX designers to define features and improve user experience

Ensure optimal performance, scalability, and security of the application

Implement best coding practices, perform code reviews, and maintain documentation

Fix bugs, optimize loading times, and manage deployments

Stay updated with new technologies and suggest improvements

Required Skills:

Strong hands-on experience in either MERN stack

Proficient in MongoDB, Node.js, Express.js

Familiar with RESTful APIs, JSON, WebSockets

Strong understanding of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and responsive design

Knowledge of version control systems (Git)

Experience with CI/CD and deployment to cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP

Good to Have:

Experience in building or maintaining job portals, e-commerce, or marketplace platforms

Understanding of SEO, performance optimization, and web accessibility

Knowledge of microservices architecture and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes)

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
