MERN Stack Developer Intern

Position: MERN Stack Developer Intern
Location: Calicut, Pottammal
Duration: 6 Months Internship

Required Skills & Qualities:

We are looking for intern candidates who are passionate about Web Development (MERN Stack) and eager to learn. The candidate is not expected to match all technical requirements but must have a strong interest in either Frontend or Backend development.
Core Requirements:

Basic understanding of either Frontend or Backend:

Frontend Focused: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React.js basics.

Backend Focused: Node.js, Express.js, MongoDB basics.

Version Control:

Basic Git knowledge (clone, commit, push, pull).

Learning Attitude:

• Strong interest in self-learning new technologies.
• Ability to understand & implement new features with minimal guidance.
• Problem-solving mindset & ability to troubleshoot issues independently.

Communication & Collaboration:

• Ability to work in a team, share updates, and ask for help when stuck.
• Willingness to participate in team meetings & code reviews.

Good to Have (Optional Skills):

Familiarity with React Router, Tailwind CSS / Bootstrap.

Understanding of JWT Authentication.

Experience with API Testing tools like Postman.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in real-world projects (Frontend or Backend focused based on skill).
• Collaborate with the team for daily tasks and development cycles.
• Write clean and maintainable code.
• Learn & implement new technologies as per project requirements.
• Fix bugs and participate in improving project performance.

Eligibility:

• No strict educational criteria; anyone with a passion for web development.
• Self-initiated learning or small projects are highly appreciated.
• Portfolio (GitHub or any project showcase) is a plus.

Important Note:

We are not looking for a candidate who matches every technical skill listed.
If the candidate has good knowledge in either Frontend or Backend, basic Git, and is eager to self-learn & contribute, they are a perfect fit.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month

Schedule:

• Day shift
• Monday to Friday

Supplemental Pay:

• Performance bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Calicut Beach, Calicut, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
