Job Opening: MERN Stack Developer (Urgent Hiring — Only Experienced Candidates)

Location: Bhopal
Experience: Minimum 1 Year (Freshers strictly not allowed)
Salary: ₹12000 - ₹20,000 per month
Joining: Immediate / Urgent

Job Role & Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain full-stack web applications using the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js).
• Build RESTful APIs and integrate internal/external APIs.
• Work on frontend components using React.js (hooks, state management, functional components).
• Implement backend logic, authentication, and database schemas using Node.js & Express.
• Manage MongoDB databases, queries, aggregations, and optimizations.
• Debug, troubleshoot, and perform code optimization for better performance.
• Collaborate with UI/UX designers, backend developers, and project managers.
• Deploy applications on cloud servers (basic knowledge preferred).
• Maintain code quality using Git & version control. Required Skills
• Strong knowledge of JavaScript, ES6+
• Hands-on experience in React.js, Node.js, Express.js, MongoDB
• Knowledge of API integration & creation
• Good understanding of Git/GitHub
• Familiarity with basic DevOps (optional but a plus)
• Problem-solving and debugging skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Good to Have (Optional)

• Experience with Redux / Context API
• Basic understanding of CI/CD pipeline
• Knowledge of Python or AI models (bonus but not mandatory)
• Experience with deployment (AWS, DigitalOcean, Vercel, Render, etc.)

Education

• Bachelor's degree in CS/IT or relevant field (preferred but not mandatory if skills are strong).
