Job Description

As a MERN Stack Developer at Grazitti Interactive, you will be responsible for designing and developing modern, scalable web applications using React, Node.js, and MongoDB. You will have the opportunity to work closely with global clients, translating complex requirements into clean, efficient code. If you are someone who enjoys solving real-world problems and building impactful digital solutions, this role offers you a chance to grow within a team that values innovation and performance. **Key Responsibilities:** - Build full-stack applications using the MERN stack. - Collaborate with design and product teams to translate UI/UX into functional software. - Implement responsive front-end components and scalable back-end services. - Integrate APIs and third-party tools as needed. - Participate in technical discussions, code reviews, and peer feedback. - Ensure code quality through unit testing and documentation. - Optimize applications for speed, performance, and scalability. - Maintain and enhance existing applications. - Adhere to internal QMS and ISMS processes for quality and security compliance. **Qualifications Required:** - 3-5 years of experience in React and Node.js. - Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3. - Experience with REST APIs, MongoDB, and MySQL/PostgreSQL. - Strong Git version control and branching experience. - Ability to write modular, reusable, and testable code. - Familiarity with automation testing tools like Jest, Mocha, or Cypress. - Excellent debugging and troubleshooting skills. - Clear understanding of performance optimization techniques. - Good communication skills for direct client interaction. - Exposure to Salesforce and online community platforms (Khoros, Vanilla, HigherLogic, Gainsight) is a plus. - Experience in product-based environments is an advantage.,
