MERN Stack Developer

As a MERN Stack Developer at Datacultr, you will be part of a global Digital Operating System for Risk Management and Debt Recovery, contributing to driving Collection Efficiencies, reducing Delinquencies, and Non-Performing Loans (NPL's). Our digital-only platform provides Consumer Engagement, Recovery, and Collection Solutions to help organizations in the Consumer Lending, Retail, Telecom, and Fintech sectors expand their businesses in under-penetrated segments like New to Credit and Thin File. You will play an essential role in enabling millions of new-to-credit consumers in emerging markets to access formal credit and improve their financial health. With clients across various regions like India, South Asia, South East Asia, Africa, and LATAM, Datacultr is at the forefront of revolutionizing access to financial services. As a MERN Stack Developer, your primary responsibility will be to develop, test, and maintain full-stack web applications using MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js. You will design and implement robust, scalable, and secure RESTful APIs and backend services, collaborate with UI/UX designers for creating user-friendly interfaces, and optimize applications for performance and scalability. Writing clean, well-documented code following best practices, participating in code reviews and agile ceremonies, and possessing bonus skills like familiarity with TypeScript, Docker, and CI/CD pipelines will be beneficial.
