Role Summary

We’re looking for a hands-on MERN Stack Developer who can own features end-to-end—from pixel-perfect React components to performant Node.js and Next js APIs and MongoDB / POSTGRES data models. You’ll collaborate closely with product, design, and DevOps to deliver scalable, maintainable software that delights users.

Must-Have Qualifications

3S
trong JavaScript & ES2019+;
Deep understanding of
RESTful
and/or
GraphQL
API design.
Proficiency with
HTML5/CSS3
, responsive design, component libraries (MUI, Tailwind, or similar).
Experience writing automated tests across the stack.
Comfortable with Git workflows, code reviews, and agile ceremonies.
Familiarity with cloud services (AWS, GCP, or Azure)

Nice-to-Have Skills

SSR frameworks (Next.js, Remix).
Experience with llms and rag/ vector databases.

Soft Skills

Product mindset—balance technical debt with business value.
Clear, concise communicator (written & verbal).
Proactive problem-solver who thrives in fast-moving environments.
Mentorship attitude; willing to share knowledge and best practices.
