Merger & Acquisition

As a consultant, you will be responsible for supporting clients in their inorganic growth agenda throughout the deal lifecycle. This includes tasks such as target screening, synergy assessment, due diligence, post-merger integration, and portfolio interventions. You will take the lead in executing complex consulting projects for Private Equity and Corporate clients. This involves overseeing activities in the Pre-Deal phase, Deal Execution phase, and Value Creation / Scaling of Portfolio/Target firms. It is crucial to ensure timely and high-quality delivery to clients by effectively collaborating with your team, defining deliverables, setting priorities and deadlines, reviewing work, providing feedback, and maintaining quality control. Your role will also involve supporting RFP discussions, preparing proposal documents, and delivering Client Orals in coordination with Bid Managers and Client Account Leads. Additionally, you will contribute to the development of new assets, intellectual property, thought capital, and offerings to enhance the team's profile and generate demand. To further enhance your skills and knowledge, you will be expected to conduct and facilitate knowledge-sharing sessions, provide mentoring to team members, attend training sessions, and stay updated on emerging concepts by getting certified. The ideal candidate for this position should hold a full-time MBA from a reputable B School and possess at least 3 years of post-MBA experience in Private Equity or a top-tier Management Consulting firm. Previous experience advising Private Equity and Corporate clients on transaction lifecycles is highly desirable.
