Merchant Trainer and Technical Support (Field)

You will be responsible for the following tasks: - Visiting our Restaurant Partners in the field to provide service and customer support during field visits. - Installing our POS software in their systems or devices. - Providing training about our product to our clients. - Diagnosing errors or technical problems and determining proper solutions to resolve their queries. - Building positive relationships with customers. - Researching and identifying solutions to software and hardware issues. - Troubleshooting technical issues, including account setup and network configuration. - Asking customers targeted questions to understand the root of the problem quickly. - Communicating with clients through a series of actions, either via phone, email, or chat, until the technical issue is resolved and ensuring all issues are properly logged. Qualifications required for this role: - Proven work experience as a Technical Support Engineer, Desktop Support Engineer, IT Help Desk Technician, or similar role. - Hands-on experience with Windows/Linux/Mac OS environments. - Good understanding of computer systems, mobile devices, and other tech products. - Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot basic technical issues. - Familiarity with remote desktop applications. - Excellent problem-solving and communication skills. - Ability to provide step-by-step technical help, both written and verbal. - Additional certification in Microsoft, Linux, Cisco, or similar technologies is a plus.,
