Responsibilities

• Understanding of Transaction Reconciliation, Refunds and Merchant Settlement
• Daily Monitoring of merchant payments & settlement
• Good in reconciliation of accounts for Merchant Settlements
• Merchant Terminal setup-Agreements Tracking & Filing
• Merchant Hold & Release process of payments.
• Good analytical skills in resolving the merchant queries on payment and other categories.
• Ability to prepare MIS as per the requirement from the business/managers.

Qualification: Inter CA, MBA or graduates
