Merchant Retention Analyst

Role Overview: Pluxee, a global player in employee benefits and engagement operating in 31 countries, is looking for a dedicated individual to join their team. As a Merchant Retention Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing merchant retention data, developing strategies to improve retention, monitoring initiatives, collaborating with sales and customer service teams, conducting research, and providing support and guidance on retention strategies. Key Responsibilities: - Analyze merchant retention data and performance metrics. - Develop and implement strategies to improve merchant retention. - Monitor and report on retention initiatives. - Collaborate with sales and customer service teams to address merchant needs. - Conduct research on retention best practices and market trends. - Provide support and guidance on retention strategies. Qualifications Required: - Certification in Customer Retention or equivalent preferred. - Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. - 2-4 years of experience in merchant retention or customer success.
