Merchandising Manager

We are looking for an experienced and proactive Merchandising Manager to take charge of our merchandising operations. As the Merchandising Manager, your primary responsibilities will include managing end-to-end merchandising activities for both domestic and export orders. You will be the key point of contact for buyer communications, overseeing order execution, monitoring production progress, and ensuring timely deliveries. Building and nurturing strong relationships with buyers and vendors will be essential, along with maintaining order status reports and documentation to ensure smooth operations. Your role will also involve ensuring product quality and buyer satisfaction are consistently met. To qualify for this role, you should hold a Bachelor's Degree in Textiles, Fashion, Business, or a related field and have a minimum of 5 to 10 years of relevant experience in Merchandising, preferably in knitted fabrics. A strong understanding of production processes, excellent communication and negotiation skills, the ability to perform well under pressure and meet deadlines, as well as proficiency in MS Office and documentation are essential requirements. This is a full-time, permanent position with benefits including health insurance, Provident Fund, and a performance bonus. The work schedule is during day shifts, and the work location is in person.
