Role Overview: As a Content Analyst at our company, your main responsibility will be to regularly analyze content and user-reviews analytics to maintain reports on the performance of the merchant catalog. You will be gathering information on market trends and customer reactions to catalogs and implementing changes, improvements, new initiatives, and standardization related to online listings on the WedMeGood website. Your role is crucial in ensuring there is no loss of opportunity in showcasing the best catalogs to our users. Additionally, you will collaborate with merchants to create attractive catalog displays and act as a liaison between merchants and the account management and success operations team to address catalog performance issues effectively. Key Responsibilities: - Regularly analyze content and user-reviews analytics - Maintain reports on the performance of the merchant catalog - Gather information on market trends and customer reactions to catalogs - Implement changes, improvements, new initiatives, and standardization for online listings - Collaborate with merchants to create attractive catalog displays - Act as a liaison between merchants and the account management and success operations team - Assist merchants in creating an organized catalog for easier listing accessibility - Drive content uploads and user-reviews on the catalog Qualifications Required: - Graduate in any stream - 1-4 years of overall work experience - Strong understanding of user behavior - Strong analytical ability and technical aptitude - Strong customer service skills - Strong written and verbal communication skills - Experience in Salesforce preferred - Strong relationship and internal stakeholder management skills Additional Company Details: Unfortunately, there are no additional details about the company provided in the job description.
