Merchandising Associate

• Coordinate with designers to ensure timely order confirmations, production updates, and dispatch schedules.
• Follow up regularly on order status, delays, or issues and proactively communicate the same to internal stakeholders.
• Maintain accurate records of order timelines, dispatch details, and pending deliveries in internal systems.
• Work closely with the Customer Care and Operations team to address any client-related order concerns or escalations.
• Assist the Merchandising team in analyzing product movement, designer performance, and order trends.
• Ensure adherence to brand standards and quality expectations in communication with partner designers.
• Update internal dashboards and order trackers regularly to reflect real-time status.
• Support the merchandising team in product-related tasks, including PO generation, order sheets, and data entry.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
