Merchandiser

As an Export Merchandiser at Uday Shoes Pvt Ltd, Agra, your role will involve overseeing and coordinating the export process, managing customer inquiries, ensuring timely delivery of goods, communicating with international clients, liaising with shipping and logistics companies, managing sales orders, and ensuring export documentation compliance. Additionally, you will be responsible for marketing and promoting products, maintaining customer relationships, and analyzing market trends for sales optimization. Key Responsibilities: - Oversee and coordinate the export process - Manage customer inquiries and ensure timely delivery of goods - Communicate with international clients and shipping/logistics companies - Manage sales orders and ensure export documentation compliance - Market and promote products, maintain customer relationships, and analyze market trends Qualifications: - Strong communication and customer service skills - Experience in sales and retail environments - Marketing skills for product promotion and sales strategy development - Excellent organizational and time-management abilities - Ability to work collaboratively in a team - Knowledge of export regulations and documentation is a plus - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, International Trade, or a related field - Minimum 5 years of experience Please note that the company prefers a local resident of Agra for this role.
