Job Description

Role Overview: You will act as the bridge between buyers, production, and quality teams in the garment/apparel manufacturing industry. Your primary responsibilities will include order follow-up, costing, sample approvals, and ensuring on-time delivery while maintaining agreed quality standards. Key Responsibilities: - Manage the complete order lifecycle, including order receipt, planning, follow-up, and handover to dispatch. - Coordinate sample development, approvals, and pre-production meetings. - Prepare basic costing and Bills of Materials (BOMs) while tracking raw material requirements. - Maintain open communication with buyers/agents and internal teams to proactively resolve any issues. - Keep order trackers updated, provide production status updates, and escalate any delays promptly. Qualifications Required: - 2-4 years of experience as a merchandiser in the garment/apparel manufacturing industry. - Strong interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with different stakeholders. - Basic Excel capability to handle data analysis and reporting tasks efficiently.,
