Brief Description of Role:

Content of the role profile will be determined by 3 core elements:

• Know-how: the level of skill, knowledge or experience required to deliver successful
  outcomes.
• Accountability: the extent to which the role is responsible for delivering overall success in
  the function (accountability for success within the role is implicit). Further, this element identifies if there is any responsibility for work instructions to direct reports.
• Problem Solving: the level to which the role holder will determine the activity within the
  function, the extent to which the role is required to create solutions.

• Effective administration of relevant documents and systems. Supervision and work instruction of others to achieve the same outcomes.
• Reviewing, arranging, compiling and interpreting records, data, information, and reports. Analysis of data and production of reports.
• Maintenance of relevant filing and recording systems and any associated electronic systems. Co-ordination of work activity and alignment to business needs.
• Organization, preparation, production and distribution of reports and information files.

Know-How

Role holder should be educated to Level 5 College / Undergrad level or have commensurate
experience in the same field. They should demonstrate advanced technical competence in relevant IT systems and solutions. They will be required to communicate effectively (written and verbal) in English and should demonstrate advanced numerical reasoning. Role holder should have demonstrable supervisory experience and competence in general office related duties.
