Merchandiser

Job Summary:
We are looking for a dedicated Merchandiser to join our team. If you have 1 to 3 years of experience in retail, a keen eye for trends, and a passion for product displays, apply now! You'll be responsible for ensuring products are attractively displayed, stocked, and promoted to boost sales.

Key Responsibilities:

• Product Display: Create appealing displays that align with standards.
• Stock Management: Monitor stock levels, identify slow-moving products, and replenish as needed.
• Sales Floor Support: Assist with store layouts and observe customer behavior to improve product placement.
• Visual Merchandising: Work with the sales team to set up seasonal and promotional displays.
• Inventory Control: Maintain accurate inventory and ensure popular products are always available.
• Customer Interaction: Provide excellent customer service and help with product selections.

Requirements:

• Experience: 1 to 3 years in merchandising.
• Skills: Strong visual merchandising skills and attention to detail.
• Communication: Good verbal and written communication.
• Team Player: Ability to collaborate with different teams.
• Flexibility: Willing to adapt in a fast-paced environment.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
