Merchandiser - Female

JOB DESCRIPTION: Collect daily/weekly work reports from all merchandising team members, including updates on sampling, production, order follow-ups, and supplier communications. Review submitted reports for completeness, accuracy, and consistency. Compile collected data into standardized formats (e.g., Excel trackers, internal dashboards) for senior management. Maintain digital and hard-copy records of all merchandising updates for easy retrieval and reference. Communicate with merchandisers to clarify missing or unclear information in submitted reports. Assist the Merchandising Manager in preparing summary reports on order status, delivery timelines, and critical path updates. Monitor key milestones such as sample approvals, fabric/trims in-house status, production start and shipment readiness. Support follow-ups with vendors, buying houses, or production units when needed for critical updates. Coordinate between departments (e.g., QA, sampling, sourcing) to validate reported progress.
