· Checking all the details in the order sheet once received from buyer. Communicate with buyer regarding any discrepancy in the order sheet.
· Regular follow-up with Assistant Merchandiser / Sampling In-charge for on-time submission of samples.
· Coordinating with internal departments in preparing product costing.
· Monitor the development of fabrics, trims, accessories, print, embroidery, appliqués, badges & washes.
· Comments / approvals received from clients are to be communicated to the suppliers.
· Assist Sr. Merchandiser in getting OC number, ordering fabrics, trims & accessories.
· Continuous follow-up with fabric, purchase dept. & suppliers for on-time delivery of materials.
· Assists Sr. merchandiser in issuing production file to factories.
· Issuing endorsement to the EXIM department.
