Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Delhi, India, for a Merchandiser. The Merchandiser will be responsible for managing product inventory, planning and executing displays, collaborating with various designers, analyzing sales data, and ensuring excellent customer service. The role also involves maintaining the visual appeal of the store and assisting with marketing activities to promote the store's offerings.

Qualifications

• Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
• Proficiency in Sales and Retail management
• Experience in Marketing strategies and activities
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Previous experience in fashion merchandising is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Fashion Merchandising, Marketing, or related field is preferred
