Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Merchandiser role located in Tripura, India. The Merchandiser will be responsible for liaising with customers to understand their requirements, coordinating with the internal team to fulfill orders, and managing the complete product lifecycle from design to delivery. Additional responsibilities include ensuring quality control, supporting sales and marketing activities, and fostering effective communication with vendors and suppliers to meet deadlines and maintain client satisfaction. Qualifications Strong Communication and Customer Service skills Proficiency in Sales and Retail operations Experience in Marketing and understanding consumer trends Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities Capability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment Familiarity with textiles or garment production processes is an advantage Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Merchandising, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
