Key Responsibilities

• Analyse tender documents, drawings, and specifications related to

  Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, and Firefighting

  systems.
• Prepare accurate

  Bill of Quantities (BOQ)

  based on tender and GFC drawings.
• Conduct

  rate analysis

  , cost estimation, and prepare competitive bids.
• Liaise with suppliers and subcontractors for pricing and technical clarifications.
• Prepare and submit

  pre-qualification documents, technical bids

  , and

  commercial offers

  .
• Coordinate with design and site teams for technical support.
• Attend pre-bid meetings and respond to client queries.
• Maintain a tender database and track ongoing submissions.
  

Requirements

• Bachelor's/Diploma in

  Mechanical or Electrical Engineering

  .

• 0–3 years

  of relevant experience in MEPF tendering.
• Strong knowledge of

  BOQ preparation

  ,

  MEPF systems

  , and

  IS/IEC codes

  .
• Proficient in

  MS Excel, AutoCAD

  , and tender management tools.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and documentation skills.
