MEP Project Manager - Civil & Execution

As an MEP Project Manager specializing in Civil & Execution, you will play a crucial role in leading and overseeing Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing (MEP) works integrated with civil execution on large-scale projects. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure the successful planning, coordination, and delivery of projects within specified timeframes, quality standards, and budget constraints, all while maintaining a strong focus on safety and compliance. Key Responsibilities: - Lead the end-to-end management of MEP and Civil execution works on-site. - Develop and implement comprehensive project plans, schedules, and monitoring mechanisms. - Collaborate effectively with architects, consultants, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure seamless project execution. - Uphold strict compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and statutory codes. - Review and approve drawings, Bill of Quantities (BOQs), and other project documentation. - Manage project budgets, exercise cost control measures, and oversee material procurement processes. - Conduct regular project review meetings and prepare progress reports for senior management. - Proactively identify and address site-related challenges to ensure timely project completion. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's Degree in Civil / Mechanical / Electrical Engineering (Master's degree preferred). - 7-12 years of demonstrable experience in managing MEP & Civil Execution projects. - Profound understanding of MEP systems, civil construction methods, and proficiency in project management tools. - Exceptional leadership qualities, effective communication skills, and adept team management abilities. - Demonstrated capability to engage with multiple stakeholders and deliver results under tight deadlines. - Proficiency in MS Project / Primavera and AutoCAD would be advantageous.
