MEP Multi Technicians

As a Senior MEP Multi Technician at Technician & Trading Engineering-LLC, a prominent member of the Esa Saleh Al Gurg Group in Dubai, UAE, your primary responsibility will be to oversee the maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of MEP systems in both commercial and residential properties. With a minimum of 3 years of Gulf experience in a multi-disciplinary MEP role, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that all systems are running efficiently and effectively according to operational standards. Your key responsibilities will include overseeing the installation, commissioning, maintenance, and repair of MEP systems, troubleshooting and diagnosing faults in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and other MEP systems, leading and mentoring a team of technicians, ensuring quality control and compliance with local regulations and safety standards, coordinating with project managers and clients, and acting as the primary point of contact for clients regarding MEP services and systems. To excel in this role, you should possess strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills in MEP systems, the ability to manage multiple tasks and coordinate with different teams, proven experience in project management and team leadership, and familiarity with MEP design, codes, and standards in the GCC region. Proficiency in English (both written and spoken) is required, while Arabic language skills are a plus. The salary offered for this position is 3500 SAR per month, along with additional benefits such as accommodation, transportation allowances, and medical insurance as per company policies.
