Job Description

We are looking for a highly experienced MEP / Facilities Engineer with 37 years of experience, preferably in the field.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage and oversee the maintenance and upkeep of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.

Coordinate with contractors and vendors to ensure timely project completion.

Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules to minimize downtime.

Conduct regular inspections to identify potential issues and ensure compliance with safety standards.

Collaborate with other departments to achieve organizational goals.

Analyze data to optimize system performance and reduce costs.

Job Requirements
