MEP Engineer/ Manager

Arrjavv is a leading real estate development company seeking an experienced MEP Engineer to oversee our multiple projects:

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Design:

  Plan and create mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems that are integrated into the overall building design. This includes systems for HVAC, lighting, power distribution, and plumbing.

• Installation and management:

  Oversee the installation of these systems during construction and ensure they are properly functioning after.

• Coordination:

  Work with architects and other engineers to ensure systems are coordinated and don't conflict with each other or the building's structure.

• Safety and efficiency:

  Ensure all systems meet safety standards and are designed to be energy and water-efficient, reducing operational costs and environmental impact.

• Compliance:

  Make sure the design complies with all relevant building codes, regulations, and industry standards.

• Specialized systems:

  Depending on the project, they may also design fire protection, energy management, and building automation systems.

Skills:

• Proficiency in AutoCAD & other related design software
• Strong understanding of building codes & regulations
• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.

Qualification & Experience:

• Bachelor degree in Mechanical, Electrical / Civil Engineering.
• Candidate having Bachelor Degree must have experience of of 8-10 years
• Candidate having Diploma must have experience of 10-12 years

Preferred candidate profile

• Bachelor degree in Mechanical, Electrical / Civil Engineering.
• Candidate must have experience of 10-12 years for Diploma Holders
• Candidate must have experience of 8-10 years for Degree Holders
• Must have knowledge in ERP (Farvision)
