Job Description

Execute and supervise
Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP)
works at site in line with project drawings and specifications.
Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and vendors for smooth installation and commissioning of MEP systems (HVAC, Fire Fighting, Electrical, Plumbing, STP/ETP, etc.).
Review GFC drawings, shop drawings, BOQs, and technical specifications for compliance and accuracy.
Conduct inspections of MEP works, ensuring quality, safety, and timely completion.
Assist in testing & commissioning of electrical panels, plumbing systems, HVAC equipment, and fire safety installations.
Prepare daily progress reports (DPRs), track work schedules, and highlight deviations.
Ensure statutory compliance, safety standards, and adherence to project SOPs.
Support coordination between civil, architectural, and MEP teams to avoid design/execution conflicts.
Handle vendor billing verification related to MEP works.
Maintain documentation of material approvals, checklists, and testing reports.
