MEP Engineer

As an MEP Engineer at Felicity Adobe LLP working on the Swarna Griha project in Kakati Belagam, your primary responsibilities will include overseeing project management teams, managing multiple projects, and preparing cost estimates. You will be tasked with designing and implementing MEP systems while considering factors such as sustainability, automation, and fire protection. Your role will also involve coordinating on-site work to ensure seamless communication between the MEP engineer and the construction firm. In addition, you will be responsible for reviewing plans and procedures, as well as contractor work, to uphold quality standards. Providing advice and information for purchase and installation decisions, along with installation, maintenance, and technical advice, will be crucial aspects of your job. Ensuring the safety and security of all individuals on site, monitoring and maintaining health and safety policies, and timely documentation submission are essential components of this role. Your problem-solving skills will be put to the test as you devise effective solutions to various challenges that may arise during the project. Precise drawings using designing software and listing all electrical fixtures and plumbing tools needed will be part of your regular tasks. This is a full-time position with benefits such as health insurance and Provident Fund. A Bachelor's degree is preferred, along with a minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience.
