Key Responsibilities

• Design & Planning – Create detailed MEP layouts (HVAC, electrical distribution, plumbing).
• System Integration – Ensure MEP systems are seamlessly integrated into building design.
• Compliance & Safety – Adhere to building codes, safety norms, and energy efficiency standards.
• Budgeting & Cost Control – Prepare accurate cost estimates and manage MEP budgets.
• Installation Supervision – Oversee on-site installation ensuring quality and safety compliance.
• Troubleshooting – Resolve technical issues during installation or operation.
• Team Coordination – Collaborate with architects, contractors, and stakeholders.

Qualification: B.tech in Mechanical/Electrical (Electrical preference)

Experience: 3–5 Years

Industry: Real Estate (Residential/Commercial Projects)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
