Functional/ Technical competencies
Prepares Requests for Proposals for services that need to be outsourced locally such as electrical, plumbing, mechanical, escalators etc
Identifies suitable vendors for various contracts
Conducts a comparative analysis of shortlisted vendors and makes recommendations
Provides technical/work scope inputs to Contractors to prepare the contract
Follows up with Contractors for sign off on the agreement / Letter of Intent (LOI)/work order
Provides inputs on Services design (MEP) to Design team at concept design stage
Evaluates drawings submitted by consultants to ensure drawings are as per design brief and in compliance with necessary statutory requirements for MEP works
Prepares detailed project plan for the project basis the
